Cleaning Services

We offer flexible cleaning services to suit the duration of your stay:
- Stays under 7 days: Cleaning is available upon request for AED 350 per service.
- Stays of 7–14 days: Additional cleaning can be arranged for AED 300 per service.
- Stays longer than 14 days: Complimentary cleaning is provided once every 14 days, with flexible timing.

Maximum Occupancy

This property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
- Additional guests exceeding the 8-person limit will incur a charge of AED 500 per person, per night.
- An extra mattress can be provided for a one-time fee of AED 800.

Late Check-Out and Early Check-In

We aim to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. Late check-out and early check-in options are available upon request:
- Late check-out: Until 2:00 PM, charged at AED 700 per hour or AED 350 per 30 minutes.
- Early check-in: From 2:00 PM, charged at the same rates.
These options are subject to availability. Please notify us in advance to confirm.

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking property. A fine of AED 3,000 will be imposed if smoking is detected.
